I Board of Appeals Minutes - June 9, 1993 5. <br />• Mr. Makunas questioned if any changes in the sites could be <br />made. Mr. Sanicki asked if the Board could recognize that the <br />Park existed in the 40•s by documented evidence and payment of <br />fees he has documented approval for 93 units and that he can <br />take a trailer out and put a different unit in. He asked for <br />clarification that they do not have to come back to the Board <br />of Appeals to do this if they want to change the size or the <br />shape as long as they meet the Board of Health regulations, <br />the Building Code regulations. Mr. Makunas asked if there was <br />a plot plan of the entire site and Mr. Haney said this has not <br />been done. Mr. Sanicki said some of the sites have been <br />engineered so they can be filed with the Board of Health for <br />new septic systems. <br />Mr. Makunas said the Board cannot certify their rights and <br />that only his attorney can work to determine these. Mr. Hauck <br />said he wanted the Board to review it and Mr. Friel explained <br />that the Board of Health would have to review those issues. <br />Mr. Makunas asked if any trailer sites had been abandoned and <br />Mr. Haney replied there had not been. Mr. Makunas explained <br />that a site without a trailer for two years would lose its <br />non -conforming use. <br />Selectman Costa asked if the change in trailer size would <br />affect the lots and Mr. Makunas replied that there were no lot <br />• plans. Mr. Makunas said many of the original trailers had <br />permanent additions. Mr. Costa asked if the transient spaces <br />would be changed and Mr. Haney said he was not allowed to do <br />this. Mr. Haney said profits came from selling trailers. <br />Meetings - Mr. Friel stated there would only be one meeting in <br />July on July 14, 1993. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn at 9:15 P.M.
