S Board of Appeals Minutes - June 9, 1993 4. <br />• Debbie Hanes of Lelito Environmental Consultants represented <br />the applicant and explained that the owner is applying for an <br />amnesty license. She stated that the dock was built in 1981 <br />and there are no changes planned. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Florence A. Wall - (From May 12, 1993). Geoffrey Wall <br />presented plans showing the enclosure of the farmer's porch. <br />Mr. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Fields Point - The Board received a written request to ' <br />withdraw theapplication for a Special Permit to construct <br />Building 24 for a hardware store. Mr. Makunas moved to grant <br />the withdrawal. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Peter J. Huberman - (From 4/28/93) - The Board received'a <br />written request to withdraw the application for a Special <br />Permit for a dock. Mr. Makunas moved to accept the request <br />for withdrawal without prejudice. Mr. Govoni seconded. All <br />agreed. <br />• Lakeside Trailer Park - David Sanicki explained that Paul <br />Haney now owns the park and Bill Hauck had asked them to <br />review their future plans. He explained that the park was a <br />non -conforming pre-existing use. Mr. Sanicki asked if <br />trailers could be replaced if they were removed or worn out. <br />Mr. Makunas said he thought they could replace units. Mr. <br />Friel questioned use of double trailers. Mr. Haney showed <br />pictures of existing trailers which he wanted to replace. <br />Trailers are privately owned and Mr. Haney rents the land. <br />Mr. Sanicki explained that there are generally two units on a <br />cesspool and there are a few Title V septic systems. Mr. <br />Govoni stated that they have their own water system. <br />Mr. Makunas asked for number of sites and was informed there <br />are 93 permanent sites and 6 or 7 transient sites. Mr. Haney <br />explained that "long" trailers are usually 13'4" wide and 76' <br />long. He said he wanted to change the park to an adult <br />community under State licensing. He showed pictures of units <br />22' x 341. He said these would improve the appearance. He <br />would be selling the units. The Board questioned if they were <br />trailers or homes. Mr. Haney said they were on wheels and <br />could be moved. Mr. Hauck said they meet the code for mobile <br />homes. <br />Mr. Haney said the park needs to be upgraded. He said he <br />cannot terminate leases but he has some people who cannot <br />• continue to live there and he wants to replace their trailers. <br />He is a dealer for Fleetwood Co. Mr. Sanicki said the new <br />units would be served by new Title V systems for two units. <br />
