S Board of Appeals Minutes - June 9, 1993 4. • Debbie Hanes of Lelito Environmental Consultants represented the applicant and explained that the owner is applying for an amnesty license. She stated that the dock was built in 1981 and there are no changes planned. Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. Florence A. Wall - (From May 12, 1993). Geoffrey Wall presented plans showing the enclosure of the farmer's porch. Mr. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. Fields Point - The Board received a written request to ' withdraw theapplication for a Special Permit to construct Building 24 for a hardware store. Mr. Makunas moved to grant the withdrawal. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. Peter J. Huberman - (From 4/28/93) - The Board received'a written request to withdraw the application for a Special Permit for a dock. Mr. Makunas moved to accept the request for withdrawal without prejudice. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. • Lakeside Trailer Park - David Sanicki explained that Paul Haney now owns the park and Bill Hauck had asked them to review their future plans. He explained that the park was a non -conforming pre-existing use. Mr. Sanicki asked if trailers could be replaced if they were removed or worn out. Mr. Makunas said he thought they could replace units. Mr. Friel questioned use of double trailers. Mr. Haney showed pictures of existing trailers which he wanted to replace. Trailers are privately owned and Mr. Haney rents the land. Mr. Sanicki explained that there are generally two units on a cesspool and there are a few Title V septic systems. Mr. Govoni stated that they have their own water system. Mr. Makunas asked for number of sites and was informed there are 93 permanent sites and 6 or 7 transient sites. Mr. Haney explained that "long" trailers are usually 13'4" wide and 76' long. He said he wanted to change the park to an adult community under State licensing. He showed pictures of units 22' x 341. He said these would improve the appearance. He would be selling the units. The Board questioned if they were trailers or homes. Mr. Haney said they were on wheels and could be moved. Mr. Hauck said they meet the code for mobile homes. Mr. Haney said the park needs to be upgraded. He said he cannot terminate leases but he has some people who cannot • continue to live there and he wants to replace their trailers. He is a dealer for Fleetwood Co. Mr. Sanicki said the new units would be served by new Title V systems for two units.
