7. <br />• approval. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Mindick <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Geoffrey A. & Janet L. Willis - Request a Special Permit under. <br />Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for an existing dock <br />in John's Pond in an R-5 zoning district on property located <br />at 83 Sunset Circle (Map 64, Block 6) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, E. Govoni, J. Regan <br />Mr. Makunas stepped down from the Board and explained that he <br />lived in the same neighborhood. Mr. Willis explained that he <br />was also applying for an amnesty license for an eight year old <br />dock approved by Conservation. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Regan <br />seconded. All agreed. Mr. Hauck explained that the license <br />allows for repairing and maintenance. <br />Lakeside Trailer Park - The Board had received correspondence <br />from a resident asking to add 4' to deck. Mr. Friel said the <br />Board has no definitive plan. Mr. Hauck said it comes under <br />174-17. Mr. Hauck said the Board could grant a permit for <br />continuance. Mr. Makunas suggested they document what they <br />• have. Mr. Doherty, a member of the audience, said they had <br />submitted a plan to the Board of Health. Mr. Friel said the <br />Board did not have this before them and should not discuss. <br />Nynex - Mr. Friel explained to Randy Peters that the June 23 <br />minutes would be released when approved. He also read a letter <br />from Jeremy Carter. Mr. Peters presented stories on the tower <br />from the local press. Mr. Makunas said he had visited the site <br />and he thought the new tower would not be that obvious because <br />of the new location. Mr. Regan said he thought the new location <br />was safer. Mr. Govoni said he would like to visit the site. <br />Mr. Makunas said the site is congested. Mr. Regan said that <br />Town property was most involved. No vote was taken. <br />Holden - Mr. Friel questioned correspondence. The hearing was <br />June 9. <br />Weinberg - Mr. Friel questioned correspondence on commercial <br />lots. Mr. Hauck said lots had lost zoning and there were many <br />issues. <br />Mr. Makunas asked if Mr. Friel would turn the Board over to <br />him as Chairman pro -tem to discuss the Crezcenzi application. <br />Mr. Friel replied that he wished to finish the agenda. <br />• Counsel - Mr. Friel said he was satisfied with Town Counsel <br />services from E. Lane and asked if Board wanted to send a memo. <br />Mr. Makunas said he was very pleased. <br />
