I/ Board of Appeals Minutes - September 8, 1993 3. <br />• Fofo P. and Plato A. Spilios - Request a Special Permit <br />under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for an <br />existing dock in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br />at 366 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125. Block 11) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, J. Regan <br />Engineer Paul Doran represented the applicant and explained <br />that they were applying for an amnesty license and had <br />received Conservation Commission approval. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Regan <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Robert G. Marsters - Requests a Special Permit under <br />Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br />expand a non -conforming dwelling with a 14' x 24' addition <br />and dormer in an R-5 zoning district on property located at <br />74 Lakewood Drive (Map 28, Block 41) Mashpee, MA. (Owner <br />of record: Robert G. and Stella S. Marsters). <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, J. Regan <br />Mr. Marsters explained that the 14' x 24' addition had <br />• already been added to the house and that the request was <br />for a dormer. Mr. Makunas inquired if there would be an <br />increase in number of bedrooms and Mr. Marsters said there <br />would not be any increase. <br />Mr. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Regan <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Fenouci Bros. Inc. d/b/a Davy's Locker - Request a variance <br />from Section 174-55.0 of the Zoning by-laws for permission <br />to place a sign within 12' of the lot line inan R-5 zoning <br />district on property located at 470 Main St. (Map 27, Block <br />21) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Diane Cloutier TR.). <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, J. Regan <br />Jeff Delinsky represented the applicant and explained that <br />the sign is 4 1/2' setback rather than 12' and will be the <br />only sign. There was discussion that the Design Review had <br />required the elevated sign to allow visability of cars <br />entering 130 from Ashumet Road. Mr. Friel reminded Mr. <br />Delinsky of abutters fees due. <br />Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Makunas <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />
