Block 146) Mashpee. Massachusetts. <br />John Civilinski of Cape and Islands Engineering also represented the Arnolds. He <br />explained tat the new by-law should pertain to this application, but this request was <br />filed prior to Town Meeting. Mr. Civilinski stated that the intention was to level off the <br />back yard on this particular lot and creating a walkout. W. Hauck stated that he would <br />like to see the height on the building certified. <br />Mr. Govoni made the motion to grant the special permit with the condition that <br />the total height of the building be certified before the occupancy permit is issued. <br />Seconded by Ms. Hawver. Hawver <br />Dacey Homes -7 Request a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By - <br />Laws for permission to expand a non -conforming dwelling with a 20'x 20' house <br />addition and deck in an R-5 zoning district on property located at 58 Pinecrest Avenue <br />(Map 49. Block 77) Mashpee. Massachusetts (Owner of record: Arthur J. and Dorothy <br />H. Campatelli). <br />John Civilinski of Cape and Islands Engineering made the presentation on <br />behalf of Dacey Homes. He explained that the lot was part of a 1967 sub -division and <br />• that the dwelling would be 7 1/2 feet from the property line. <br />Mr. Govoni made a motion to grant the special permit. Ms. Hawver seconded <br />the motion. All in favor. So voted. <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, E. Govoni, C. Hawver <br />Richard E. Brocks requested a withdrawal of his request as a special permit is no <br />longer needed because of the change in the by-laws. <br />Mr. Friel made a motion to allow the withdrawal.
