The committee also requests that another impartial party make the <br />l decision regarding the appeal of the zoning since there appears to bea <br />conflict of interest. The Committee believes that this conflict would <br />hinder the judgement of the board. Those conflicts include: <br />1) Mr. DiMaggio is on the Planning Board. <br />2) His son. John Doherty. is on the Board of Health. <br />3) Mr. DiMaggio holds several contracts with the town. <br />4) The salutation of Mr. Hauck's letter to John Doherty of 8/27/93 implies a certain level <br />of familiarity (i.e. "Dear John." as opposed to "Dear Mr. Doherty:") that raises question <br />and concern as to the Building Inspectors impartiality. <br />Some suggested third parties include: <br />1) The Attorney Generals Office <br />2) The Land Court of Massachussetts <br />Thank you for your time and attention in this matter. <br />The Concerned Citizens Coalition <br />
