�U= ToWn of Aubpee <br /> \' 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> �Ae F�5 MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Jeffrey R. fi Sheila Eydenberg - SP-93-92 <br /> A Petition was filed by Jeffrey R. 8 Sheila Eydenberg of <br /> Leominster, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to relocate an <br /> existing shed in an R-3 zoning district on property located at <br /> 85 Uncle Percy' s Road (Map 117 , Block 186 ) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 8 and October <br /> 15 , 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, October 27 , 1993 at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout : John J . Friel, Edward M. Govoni and Cheryl <br /> A. Hawver. <br /> Mr . and Mrs . Eydenberg represented their application. <br /> They informed the Board that they were constructing a 6 x <br /> 10 ' shed to replace an existing shed. The new location would <br /> be 7 . 5 ' from the property lines . No objections were received <br /> from abutters . The location of the shed is similar to many in <br /> the immediate neighborhood . <br /> I <br />
