Board of Appeals J.B. 8 S . Eydenberg-SP-93-92 2 . <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings: <br /> 1 . the changes between the proposed shed and the <br /> prior one are insubstantial. The new location <br /> now complies with earliest zoning in the area. <br /> 2 . the plans of the proposed structure , its location on <br /> the lot, and the intended use of the structure comply <br /> with the general provisions set forth within the <br /> by-laws . <br /> 3 . the change shall not be more detrimental to the <br /> neighborhood than the existing nonconforming use . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on October 27 , 1993 to <br /> to grant the Special Permit.
