Board of Appeals Donald Priestly V-93-96 2 . <br /> The Board of Appeals, after carefully considering all <br /> of the facts and evidence submitted at the hearing, made the <br /> following findings: <br /> 1 . the shape of the lot affects the land in question <br /> but not the zoning district in which it is located. <br /> 2 . a literal enforcement of the provisions of the <br /> ` by-law would involve substantial hardship to the owner. <br /> 3 . relief could be granted without detriment to the <br /> public good. <br /> 4 . relief could be granted without nullifying or <br /> derogating from the intent of the by-law. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on November 22 , 1993 to grant a <br /> Variance in lot size, frontage and setback requirements per <br /> plans of ARO Engineering dated September 29 , 1993. <br /> i - <br /> j - - <br /> 1 <br />
