BOX 1108 <br /> ��eLe MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> Re: Linda Raub Zammer for a Variance V-92-15 <br /> A Petition was filed by Linda Raub Zammer of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Sections 174-9 , 174-31 and <br /> 174-40 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to Vary the setback <br /> requirements in a C-1 zoning district on property located at <br /> 620 Falmouth Road (Map 74 , Block 6) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Chapter <br /> 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on <br /> February 21 and February 28, 1992, a copy of which is attached <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition on Wednesday, <br /> March 11 , 1992 at 7: 30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Cheryl A. Hawver <br /> and John J. Friel . <br /> Douglas Storrs of Cornish Nominee Trust, owners of the <br /> property, presented plans for the renovation and expansion of <br /> an existing restaurant on the site and explained that the <br /> building was constructed before zoning and required variances <br /> from the current setback requirements . Mr. Storrs informed the <br /> Board that improvements would be made in traffic flow to and <br /> from the site and in landscaping of the buffer zones . <br />
