Board of Appeals Linda R. Zammer - V-92-15 2. <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings: <br /> 1 . the existing conditions on the site, the location of the <br /> building and paving and the size and shape of the lot <br /> would render the lot unusable without variances. <br /> 2. due to these circumstances, a literal enforcement of the <br /> provisions of the bylaws would involve substantial <br /> hardship. <br /> 3 . desirable relief may be granted without nullifying or <br /> substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of <br /> the bylaw. <br /> 4 . desirable relief may be granted without detriment to the <br /> public good. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on March 11 , 1992 to grant the Variances per plans <br /> of BSS Design dated March 11 , 1992 allowing a variance from <br /> the compliance requirements of Section 174-9, the minimum setback <br /> for the building and the use of the 50 ' buffer zone requirements <br /> of Section 174-31 and the 200 ' setback for access from an <br /> existing intersection requirements of Section 174-40. <br /> e <br /> a <br />
