Board of Appeals Linda R. Zammer - V-92-15 2.
The Board of Appeals made the following findings:
1 . the existing conditions on the site, the location of the
building and paving and the size and shape of the lot
would render the lot unusable without variances.
2. due to these circumstances, a literal enforcement of the
provisions of the bylaws would involve substantial
hardship.
3 . desirable relief may be granted without nullifying or
substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of
the bylaw.
4 . desirable relief may be granted without detriment to the
public good.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted
unanimously on March 11 , 1992 to grant the Variances per plans
of BSS Design dated March 11 , 1992 allowing a variance from
the compliance requirements of Section 174-9, the minimum setback
for the building and the use of the 50 ' buffer zone requirements
of Section 174-31 and the 200 ' setback for access from an
existing intersection requirements of Section 174-40.
e
a
