Board of Appeals W.M. and G.H. McCormack SP-92-16 2. Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 13, 1992 to grant the Special Permit. The Permit is referenced by plans of Christopher Costa dated 8/30/91. The Board found that the structure would not interfere with free passage of travel by water or land or cause disruption to the coastal environment. The Board determined that the use is in harmony with the purpose and intent of the by-laws and complies with the provisions therein.
