Board of Appeals Edward R. Wasil - SP-92-9 2. <br /> 1 . The Applicant must comply with all State, County and Town <br /> Health laws and municipal by-laws and regulations in the <br /> operation of the flea market. <br /> 2 . The Board of Selectmen, after consultation with the Chief <br /> of Police, may, at their discretion, require the applicant <br /> to provide two police officers on weekends and holidays <br /> during tie hours of operation and at the applicant ' s <br /> expense, to control traffic and parking on the State <br /> layout of Route 28 . The police officers will control <br /> on-site parking and the movement of traffic on and off the <br /> premises . The applicant shall be required to prepay the <br /> Police Department on a weekly basis for the services of <br /> the two officers . <br /> 3 . The hours of operation at the Flea Market shall be within <br /> 7 :00 A.M. and 9 : 00 P.M. each day of operation except that <br /> vendors may p.erform necessary setup work from 6 :00 A.M. to <br /> 9 :00 A.M. <br /> 4 . No structures of a permanent nature are to be constructed, <br /> erected, or caused to be placed on the property used in <br /> connection with the flea market. All structures, devices, <br /> equipment and other gear placed on the property for use in <br /> connection with the flea market are to be removed at the <br /> conclusion of each day' s operation. <br /> 5 . Up to 25 vehicles may be stored or left on the property <br /> between the hours of 9 :00 P.M. and 6 : 00 A.M. of the <br /> following day in an area located behind the building <br /> formerly known as Pickwick ' s Restaurant as designated on <br /> the site plan. At no time are any vehicles, trailers, <br /> campers, tents, mobile ,homes, or other similar devices to <br /> be used for human habitation or sleeping during the hours <br /> of 9 :00 P.M. to 6 :00 A.M. <br /> 6 . All parking shall be on-site. <br /> 7 . No music is to be played over loudspeakers and <br /> loudspeakers are to be used only for emergency <br /> announcements . <br /> a . The petitioner shall conform to and comply with the <br /> existing sign code, with prior approval from the Board of <br /> Appeals . <br /> 9 . All displays, sales and flea market operations shall be <br /> located at the rear of the current site of the Mini-Golf <br /> and restaurant ( currently known as Fabio ' s ) . <br />
