Before the outer facade and landscaping on the Riverside Avenue property line is constructed the Applicant shall present plans repared by a registered landscape architect to the Design Review Committee for their approval . If the Design Review Committee and the Applicant cannot agree on a design of this facade and landscaping of the Riverside Avenue property line, then the Board of Appeals will make the final decision relative to such landscaping . 8 . The Applicant shall post a bond of $ 10,000 to the Town of Mashpee for landscaping . Such bond shall be held by the Town Treasurer and released only upon a vote of the Board of Appeals that the stipulated landscaping has been completed in a manner satisfactory to the Board of Appeals . 9 . The horizontal support beams of the "rack storage building are to be painted a dark color. 10 . The operation of the fork lift is to be restricted to the hours of BA.M. to 6 : OOP.M . with the exception of emergency reasons .
