Caroline Wells said not yet, they're just in the contracting process of a website
company. Evan Lehrer said they did set up a basic landing page on the Town's website.
Mr.Sweet asked if there is a public relations manager, Caroline Wells said they have a
Community Engagement team.
Mr.Colombo said he's disappointed of the format of our meeting. Issues may be looked
at in a set of minutes. Thinking big picture, I looked at the LCP of 1998 and compared it
to the RPP from 2018 from the Cape Cod Commission. In looking at 2 chapters: water
resources and coastal resources, there are goals and objectives we haven't even
scratched. I'm concerned of us being above carrying capacity coupled with degradation
of water quality. How do we address that before further development? Extremely serious
issues to address, we're not all on onboard. This Commission has a responsibility of
stewardship of the local environment.
Caroline Wells said the 1 s' thing we do is look at the previous LCP and ask "why not"for
things not accomplished.
Evan Lehrer said to be clear, regarding the format of tonight's meeting, this will be
reiterated over and over again. Your point is well taken. The ultimate goal is to maximize
i
participation.
