Town of Mashpee <br /> 1C Great Vec� P <br /> aad JV"ar t/x <br /> Ib'Iaslzpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> iW <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, April 5, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> David Morris Building Commissioner <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Scott Carline, Chief of Police <br /> Tom Rullo, Fire Chief <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Dave Morris called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. <br /> Business Name:Wildfire Pizza <br /> Project Address: 2B Center St. <br /> Owner/A. ent: Lisa Cannata <br /> Request: Operate a 35 seat pizza restaurant with additional small space <br /> outdoor seating. This is a change of use that will require a formal meeting <br /> with the Planning Board under the Zoning Bylaws; §174-25 (E) (2), §174- <br /> 25(1) (10), and §174-24 (C) (9). <br /> Mike Cannata presented his application for his proposed pizza restaurant that will be <br /> relocated from the gas station on Rte. 151 to a new location on Rte. 130. He spoke to the <br /> owner of the building who suggested that it would be a great location for his pizza business, <br /> and it is an approved space for a restaurant. <br /> The septic system is already in place with a grease trap. There is no exterior construction <br /> required; he is just converting the interior into a restaurant. The cooking device he will have <br /> is a self-contained self-ventilated brick oven which doesn't require an ansul system. He is <br /> proposing to have two ovens to keep up with the production. He believes this will be a suitable <br /> location that will allow for more seating, and he would like to serve beer and wine. He <br /> provided an interior floor plan for the Committee. <br /> Catherine Laurent DPW Director <br /> Catherine asked about the outdoor seating location. Mike said they would like to put a few <br /> high-top tables underneath the porch area. Lisa mentioned that she will provide screening <br /> for that area. Mike asked for comments regarding the type of screening. <br /> Catherine mentioned that there are no visible lines for the parking spaces in the lot. The curb <br /> cut is shown directly in front of the entrance. Mike Cannata mentioned that there will be two <br /> high top tables. Catherine mentioned that the dumpsters need to be relocated, and a <br /> recycling dumpster added and enclosed. <br />
