The sizing needs to be adjusted. Not in Zone 2. The Site and <br /> Septic Plan needs to be reviewed by the Board of Health-Board. A discussion based on <br /> the commercial requirements will be needed regarding storage and quantity of hazardous <br /> materials(both liquid and solids).The septic design is compliant showing a 2-compartment <br /> tank, a primary and reserve is being constructed, as non-residential. There's an enclosure <br /> around the dumpster, and the retention has sub-surface drainage. Everything is covered <br /> and the Board will need to look at the project. A Title 5 Variance is required. <br /> Evan Lehrer Town Planner <br /> Mr. Lehrer mentioned that the base material for the gravel and paved parking area are per <br /> specifications is 12 inches. <br /> Jack Phelan Fire Chief <br /> Chief Phelan asked if there will be vehicles stored inside the building. Mr. O'jala said there <br /> will be a few vehicles inside but there is a non-hazardous waste water holding tank in the <br /> floor drain. He said there will be an alarm system, and there are no gates proposed at this <br /> time. <br /> Chief Phelan wants the street number mounted on the front of the building, and at the front <br /> entrance of Mercantile Way. There is a proposal for the free standing sign, but not for the <br /> building itself at this time.A meeting with Design Review will be scheduled for a later date. <br /> Chief Phelan said a Knox Box is required for the building. The hazardous materials list is <br /> required for the Fire Department as mentioned by the Board of Health. The Safety Data <br /> Sheets will be required to be listed and maintained.
