No proposed sign. <br /> Attorney, Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant. Also present was Joao Junqueira, with <br /> Capewide Construction, and John LaValle with Baxter Nye Engineering. The 7,272 sq. ft. metal building <br /> is situated at 19 Mercantile Way located in the 1-1 Industrial and Light Industrial Overlay Districts. The <br /> business owner, Greg Clancy intends to use the contractor bays for his construction business, and <br /> future furniture cabinet making. He may also have a furniture showroom. <br /> The proposed business will have nine (9) parking spaces and one (1) handicapped space. The building <br /> fronts both on Mercantile Way and Industrial Drive, but the only access will be from Mercantile Way.The <br /> lighting will be on the building.
