Judy Mills, Pat Coffey, Wayne Garrett, <br /> Tony Ferragamo <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Lee Weller, Asst. <br /> Town Planner, Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Sarakummit Corp. <br /> Charlie presented to the Board his report on the cost to <br /> remedy the situation at Sarakummit village. <br /> It included 8 major items -- total cost of 60,000 X 1 . 5 <br /> $90, 000 . <br /> He explained that he did not adjust Lawrence Lynch's <br /> figures . They are good through June 1990. <br /> -- repair electrical box and loam and seed that area $6, 500 . <br /> -- repair leaching pits on Noisy Hale Rd. $750.00 <br /> Loam -- disturbed area. Tony thinks this figure is low. <br /> -� Hydra seeding -- $1,000. <br /> -' Bounds., <br /> Street .signs. <br /> Tony stated that he is not -comfortable accepting the L. <br /> Lynch estimate through 1990, because there is no guarantee <br /> the work will be done before June of 1990. The security is <br /> only good then, through June 1990. <br /> This does not include cleaning the stump dump on Noisy Hole <br /> Rd. <br /> The Board asked Lee to discuss this area. with Ellias McQuaid, <br /> Board of Health- to determine proper procedure. The Board <br /> would like a position from the Board of Health before <br /> talking again with J. -Falacci . <br /> The Board will talk with Mr. Falacci at the next meeting to <br /> discuss Charlie' s report. <br /> SPECIAL PERMITS <br /> Applicant: Dolphin Bay Corporation <br /> Location: Asher' s Heights subdivision, between Route 28 <br /> and Meetinghouse Road <br /> Request Continuation of review of the Special Permit <br /> Decision draft. <br /> Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> He stated that he reviewed the Water Quality Monitoring <br /> Program and has no objections . <br /> He has met with the Board of Selectmen who have voted to <br /> permit the construction of the roadway. <br /> It appears, he stated, that the project is now ready for a <br /> vote from the Planning Board. <br />
