Pat seconded the <br /> motion. All other Board members were in favor. <br /> On the ANR, Judy explained that it is Mr. Reardon' s opinion <br /> that when modifying lot lines , it is a modification of the <br /> 'f Special Permit. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that it is just drawing line down middle <br /> they are not increasing lot line at all and both lots still <br /> comply. <br /> - 2 - <br />
