MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES APRIL 18, 1990 Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 P.M. Members Present: Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills, Louise Behrman, Pat Coffey Also Present! Tom Fudala, Town Planner SPECIAL PERMITS Applicant: Larry Nickulas Location: Pimlico Heights subdivision Request: Discussion regarding security deposit. Larry Nickulas was present. He presented a $10,000 bank check as security for the lots in Pimlico Ponds so they can be released. Tony requested that the bank check be made out to Town of Mashpee instead of Larry Nickulas. The Board signed all the release farms and Mr. Nickulas will bring in the new check to the Planning Department. Charlie 's report stated that the work should be done before July 1 , 1990 . Tony reminded the applicant that if the work wasn' t done before that time, the Town would act on the $10,000. Louise made a motion to release the covenant on lots listed on the request tall lots in subdivision) in exchange f or security (bank check) ,. Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. PUBLIC HEARING Applicant: New Seabury corporation Location. Daniel 's Island Road Request: Public Hearing to review the Definitive Plan of New seabury for a 5-lot subdivision. Mike Grotsky and Chris Burden were present. They presented a 5-lot subdivision plan on Daniel ' s Island Road. Mr. Grotsky explained that it is a re-application of the plan which had been filed as an ANR. Nothing has changed since then. Abutters are now listed on the plan. They have addressed open space/reserved area. They want to abandon a portion of the road. Is Louise suggested that they should label the portion of land which they have stated they will not build upon as "not buildable" on the plan. - 1 - r
