MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 18, 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 P.M. <br /> Members Present: Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills, Louise <br /> Behrman, Pat Coffey <br /> Also Present! Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> SPECIAL PERMITS <br /> Applicant: Larry Nickulas <br /> Location: Pimlico Heights subdivision <br /> Request: Discussion regarding security deposit. <br /> Larry Nickulas was present. He presented a $10,000 bank <br /> check as security for the lots in Pimlico Ponds so they can <br /> be released. <br /> Tony requested that the bank check be made out to Town of <br /> Mashpee instead of Larry Nickulas. <br /> The Board signed all the release farms and Mr. Nickulas will <br /> bring in the new check to the Planning Department. <br /> Charlie 's report stated that the work should be done before <br /> July 1 , 1990 . Tony reminded the applicant that if the work <br /> wasn' t done before that time, the Town would act on the <br /> $10,000. <br /> Louise made a motion to release the covenant on lots listed <br /> on the request tall lots in subdivision) in exchange f or <br /> security (bank check) ,. Judy seconded the motion. All Board <br /> members were in favor. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Applicant: New Seabury corporation <br /> Location. Daniel 's Island Road <br /> Request: Public Hearing to review the Definitive Plan of <br /> New seabury for a 5-lot subdivision. <br /> Mike Grotsky and Chris Burden were present. <br /> They presented a 5-lot subdivision plan on Daniel ' s Island <br /> Road. Mr. Grotsky explained that it is a re-application of <br /> the plan which had been filed as an ANR. Nothing has changed <br /> since then. <br /> Abutters are now listed on the plan. They have addressed <br /> open space/reserved area. <br /> They want to abandon a portion of the road. <br /> Is <br /> Louise suggested that they should label the portion of land <br /> which they have stated they will not build upon as "not <br /> buildable" on the plan. <br /> - 1 - <br /> r <br />
