All Board members were in favor . <br /> ARTICLE 9 <br /> Tom explained that it switches the authority for motels , <br /> hotels, nursing homes and convalescent homes to the authority <br /> of the Planning Board from the ZBA. <br /> Pat stated that he is concerned about the room size but it <br /> can be re-evaluated at a later date. <br /> There were no public questions or comments . <br /> Louise made a motion to recommend the article. Judy <br /> seconded it. All Board members were in favor. <br /> ARTICLE 10 <br /> It was submitted by the Selectman. It is to open Donna' s <br /> Lane as a Town road. To get ownership of it and land south <br /> of it they have agreed to recognize Dick and Elli ' s <br /> property from R-3 residential to C-1 commercial and change <br /> another parcel from I-1 to C-1, <br /> Public Questions: <br /> Marie Scallie - is opposed to the whole thing. She doesn' t <br /> think the taxpayers should be paying to take this and Jobs <br /> Fishing Roads . <br /> Tom explained that the town wants to take the road to form a <br /> by pass around the rotary. <br /> Judy made a motion to recommend the article. If the town tapes a piece of property, <br /> it will treat the property as if the original owner still <br /> owns the land as far as set backs, number of units etc . <br /> Louise made a motion to recommend approval .
