MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> July 18 , 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at, 6 . �o P .M. <br /> Members Present : Judy Mills , Wayne Garrett, Tony Ferragamo , <br /> Pat Coffey, Louise Behrman <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner , Charles Rowley <br /> Consulting Engineer <br /> Discussion <br /> Applicant: Fields Paint <br /> Location: Job' s Fishing Road <br /> Request: Discussion of proposed zoning by-laws for Job ' s <br /> Fishing Road neighborhood. <br /> Doug Storrs was present representing the applicant. <br /> At the last meeting Tom had written a proposed amendment and <br /> Doug stated that he has written some comments on that. <br /> amendment, some clarification items . He suggested a smaller <br /> group getting together before Aug. 1st meeting to work <br /> specifically .on aspects of these articles . <br /> Wayne, Judy, Tom and Doug will meet on Noonday the 30th. <br /> Doug stated that Fields Point legal opinion is that the plan <br /> has to go to the Board of Appeals and then it will go to <br /> the commission to start process. <br /> Doug presented the plan to the Board and to Charlie �- <br /> including grading, utilities etc . <br /> Fields Point will meet with the Board on August 1st at 9 : 04 . <br /> ,jam i l Permits <br /> Applicant: windchime Point <br /> Location: Great Neck Road So. <br /> Request: Discussion of status of compliance with Special <br /> Permit conditions. <br /> Mr. Jahn Sokolovic was present representing the applicant . <br /> He explained that as a follow up to the June 6th meeting <br /> they have done research on the project and have hired Nutter <br /> Meclennon and Fitch as legal counsel . 1EP has prepared and <br /> will present monitoring plan proposal . <br /> Tony suggested the Board receive a summary of the discussion <br /> in writing. <br /> Becky Smith and Dave warden from lEP were present to go <br /> through the details of the proposal . <br />
