MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 19 , 1990 <br /> MEETING COMMENCED AT 5 : 30 p.m. <br /> Members Present: Judy Mills , Tony Ferragamo, Pat Coffey, Louise <br /> Behrman, Wayne Garrett <br /> Also Present: Tom F'udala, Town Planner, Charles Rowley, Consulting <br /> Engineer <br /> SPECIAL PERMITS <br /> Discussion with Douglas Boyd on special permit and zoning <br /> violations procedures. <br /> Beechwood Point: Doug Boyd stated that he met with the association <br /> and they agreed that there will be a $500 fine to anyone who cuts <br /> any trees , collected by the associ.gtlon. <br /> Tony suggested gested Doug send a letter explaining that he, considers the <br /> _ <br /> cutting of any trees to be a violation of the special permit which <br /> carries a $200 per day fine and formally notify the association and <br /> explain that the association will be fined if there are any <br /> violations . <br /> Tony asked if there was a mechanism so that all special permits go <br /> to Doug' s office upon issuance? <br /> Tam stated that they will forward them to his office. <br /> The Board will also send him an agenda and approved copies of the <br /> minutes . <br /> S ar akummi t Village* Doug is concerned because winter is coming and <br /> the road work has not been done which will make it difficult to <br /> plow. It will be a health and safety issue for the people living <br /> there . <br /> He has refused to re-issue two building permits and has refused to <br /> issue an occupancy permit on one house. <br /> Tony explained that later this evening the Board may vote 'to take <br /> their bond. <br /> Judy asked if he is checking to see if taxes are paid> <br /> He has talked to Anne (Shaw) about it so it can be done in the <br /> future. . <br /> The Board should discuss with Charlie and Ernie (DPW) if the road <br /> work can be done for that amount ($9 0, 0 0 0) before they vote to take <br /> the band. <br /> Judy will be able to meet with Charlie and Ernie, Doug will sit in <br /> on that meeting. <br /> Winslow Heights: Doug stated that he was concerned but was told <br /> they have renewed their band for $405, 000 . <br /> -- 1 - <br />
