Mr. Grassetti was not present but had prepared a modification for <br />the Board's review and approval. <br />Wayne made a motion to sign the modification. Louise seconded the <br />motion. All Board members were in favor. ( 4-C ) . <br />Mr. Pat Butler notarized it. <br />Tony Ferragamo joined the meeting at this time. <br />Quashnet Valley/Mr. Lacava, represented by Michael Dunning. <br />Request for review of drainage plans and inspection of drainage at <br />Quashnet Valley on old Barnstable Road, by Consulting Engineer. <br />Tom explained that they had requested Charlie Rowley do an estimate <br />of what needs to be done. Tom explained to them that Charlie <br />should be checking the estimate, not originating it. They have completed the botanical sampling and comp, e �C ed <br />the water sampling at the end of August.
