Pat seconded <br /> the motion.. Louise -- aver Pat - aye, Wayne -- aye (3--0) <br /> Louise asked if there were any members of the public: who were not <br /> involved in this matter to please leave the meeting room. <br /> The Board explained that they was entering exeoutivw session to <br /> discuss a matter which involves potential litigation. <br /> Also present were attorney Kevin Kirrane representing Sentry <br /> Bank. <br /> Attorney Pat Butler representing Sentry Bank. <br /> Mr. Steve LeCesare, Sentry Savings Band <br /> Mr. Dick Tomaszewski, RTC <br /> Mr. Peter Rice, Sentry Savings Bank <br /> Ms . Arlene Wilson, Environmental Consultant <br /> Attorney Joseph Reardon, Town Counsel <br /> Attorney Leslie Morse , Assistant Town Counsel <br /> Mr .
