MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> May 16, 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 P.M. <br /> Members present: Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills , Pat Coffey, <br /> Wayne Garrett, Louise Behrman <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer <br /> Discussion <br /> Discussion with Attorney Winn Davis and Kevin Andrade . <br /> They presented an amended plan showing lots 3 & 4 with a 16 <br /> foot driveway access across lots 2 & 3. <br /> In the covenant will state that lots 1, 2, 3, 4 must access off <br /> of that road. <br /> Tony stated that they must name the road and note the <br /> covenant on the plan: <br /> Mr. Andrade named the street Kristina Lane . <br /> They will also add the date of constructive approval on the <br /> plan. <br /> The applicant will fill out the covenant and return with 5 <br /> sets of amended prints after Jane Labute signs them. <br /> Tony signed the letter to Jane Labute asking her to sign the <br /> plan. <br /> Attorney Davis stated that they will grant an easement/no <br /> access to the town so they can maintain it for site <br /> purposes . <br /> Items remaining: <br /> - put the name on the road. <br /> - reference the road covenant on the mylar. <br /> - provide site clearing easement to the town. <br /> - add date of constructive approval to the plan. <br /> - deed restriction language for lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 . <br /> Louise made a motion to forward the letter to Jane Labute <br /> when the items are completed. Judy seconded it . All Board <br /> members were in favor. <br /> Review of drainage problem at intersection of Hernlock Drive <br /> and Pequot Road, Santuit Woods . <br /> Because Charlie was not yet present to give his report , the <br /> discussion was delayed until he arrived. <br /> Discussion of Sturgis Lane letter of credit for $4 . 500 due <br /> to expire on 6/l/90 . <br /> Louise made a motion to schedule a Public Hearing for the <br /> taking of Sturgis Lane on June 20th at 6: 45. Judy seconded <br /> the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br />
