MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES May 16, 1990 Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 P.M. Members present: Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills , Pat Coffey, Wayne Garrett, Louise Behrman Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer Discussion Discussion with Attorney Winn Davis and Kevin Andrade . They presented an amended plan showing lots 3 & 4 with a 16 foot driveway access across lots 2 & 3. In the covenant will state that lots 1, 2, 3, 4 must access off of that road. Tony stated that they must name the road and note the covenant on the plan: Mr. Andrade named the street Kristina Lane . They will also add the date of constructive approval on the plan. The applicant will fill out the covenant and return with 5 sets of amended prints after Jane Labute signs them. Tony signed the letter to Jane Labute asking her to sign the plan. Attorney Davis stated that they will grant an easement/no access to the town so they can maintain it for site purposes . Items remaining: - put the name on the road. - reference the road covenant on the mylar. - provide site clearing easement to the town. - add date of constructive approval to the plan. - deed restriction language for lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 . Louise made a motion to forward the letter to Jane Labute when the items are completed. Judy seconded it . All Board members were in favor. Review of drainage problem at intersection of Hernlock Drive and Pequot Road, Santuit Woods . Because Charlie was not yet present to give his report , the discussion was delayed until he arrived. Discussion of Sturgis Lane letter of credit for $4 . 500 due to expire on 6/l/90 . Louise made a motion to schedule a Public Hearing for the taking of Sturgis Lane on June 20th at 6: 45. Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor.
