MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> January 17, 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at 6:30 P.M. <br /> Members Present: Judy Mills, Pat Coffey, Wayne Garrett, <br /> Louise Behrman, Tony Ferragamo <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Lee Weller, <br /> Assistant Town Planner, Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> Town Clerk <br /> Jane Labute - to discuss several unnamed roads and signature <br /> sheet for Registry. Also, Clerk will hand out Zoning By-law <br /> books to Planning Board members . <br /> Jane Labute was present and distributed a .copy of the Zoning <br /> by laws to each Planning Board members . <br /> She explained that owners can now be fined $50 if their <br /> number does not appear on their house. <br /> Any house which does not have frontage or houses which are <br /> on a driveway is on "no name street" . <br /> She will give a map to the Board showing the names <br /> requested by owners of previously unnamed streets . <br /> She explained a problem with Spiniker Drive, one side of <br /> the Drive needs to be named Spiniker Drive West. The Board <br /> suggested giving it a whole new name. <br /> Acce tance of Minutes <br /> Judy made a motion to accept the minutes of January 3rd, as <br /> corrected. Louise seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor. <br /> Louise made a motion to accept the minutes of December 20th . <br /> Judy seconded the motion. All board members were in favor . <br /> Definitive Plans <br /> Applicant: Forward Development <br /> Location: Quashnet Woods project <br /> Request: Signature of Definitive Plan and Covenant. <br /> Alex Dittami was present representing the applicant. <br /> He presented a covenant to the Board which has no <br /> substantive changes . <br /> Louise made a motion to sign the definitive plan. Wayne <br /> seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br /> The Board signed the plan. <br /> Applicant: Dolphin Bay Corp. <br /> Location: Ashers Heights (Dolphin Bay) <br /> Request: Continuation of public hearings for definitive <br /> subdivision plan and special permit. <br /> - 1 - <br />
