Rich Ferrera was present representing the applicant. He <br /> presented the new names of the streets to the Board. The <br /> Board requested he change Keeter to Butler, which he did not <br /> have a problem with. <br /> There were no public questions or comments on the names . <br /> He stated that Kevin Kirrane has talked with Mr. Virgillio <br /> and got prices on the entrance way improvements and will be <br /> meeting with the Selectman. <br /> Tom explained that at the last meeting the Board of Health <br /> wanted a water line installed so they could hook up for the <br /> transfer station but it already has a water line. <br /> Charlie reviewed the plan and one problem he saw is the <br /> elevation of some of the grade on Meetinghouse Lane is about <br /> one foot low. <br /> Tony stated that they will continue the hearing until the <br /> Asher' s Path improvement information is received. <br /> Wayne made a motion to continue the hearing to February 7th <br /> at 7 :00 P.M. Judy seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor. <br /> OSID Projects <br /> Applicant: Fields Poidt Limited Partnership <br /> Location: Whitings and Quashnet West <br /> Request: Discussion of Special Permit Application <br /> Doug Storrs and Buff Chase were present representing the <br /> applicant. <br /> Mr. Storrs explained that this meeting is an update on where <br /> they stand with this proposal . He presented a package of <br /> information to the Board including: <br /> A. Letter explaining where they stand, their approach to <br /> this project, the concept, the process and outlining <br /> additional pieces in the package . <br /> B. A sample of submission in support of application for <br /> Special Permit based upon this concept . <br /> C. Calculation of bedrooms based upon current zoning. <br /> D. Architectural code and zoning ordinance for project. <br /> A copy of specific of application which individual <br /> homeowner would submit, it would be tied to a building <br /> permit. The Board suggested changing the name to <br /> architectural and "site" plan as opposed to urban plan. <br /> Louise suggested they include a disclaimer that it is the <br /> homeowners responsibility to also make sure all town codes , <br /> regulation and bylaws are adhered to. <br /> E.
