Mr. Storrs stated that in regards to the submission the most <br /> important part is the development standards because the OSID <br /> by-law doesn' t fit perfectly to this plan it should be <br /> looked at carefully. <br /> They also presented a package of plans for each member : <br /> - perimeter survey with 2 foot contours <br /> - conservation areas including table. This is the basis of <br /> what forms the calculation sheet. <br /> - two subdivision which are on record now <br /> - examples of widths of streets <br /> Mr. Storrs thinks it is important to keep this process <br /> moving. They have many issues to come before the Planning <br /> Board and would like to set aside some time to have a <br /> general planning meeting. <br /> The Board prefers to meet with the applicant again as <br /> opposed to having interim meeting with only Tom and Judy . <br /> They will meet again on February 7th at 7:30. <br /> The applicant had requested and the Board granted a one year <br /> extension which expires on February 27th. <br /> Louise made a motion to grant an additional 6 month <br /> extension (until Aug. 15th) . Wayne seconded the motion. <br /> All Board members were in favor. <br /> Louise suggested having a site visit in February. <br /> The Board asked Lee to prepare a summary of information for <br /> Board members . They also asked Charlie to review the plans <br /> and to address any questions to the applicant before the <br /> next meeting so he will be prepared to answer them. <br /> Mr. Storrs gave Tom a set of plans for Jobs Fishing Lane to <br /> review and then discuss on February 7th. <br /> S ecial Permit <br /> Applicant: New Seabury <br /> Request: Discussion of proposed Special permit6 transfer <br /> on January 29 Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Chris Burden and Mike Grotsky were present representing the <br /> applicant. <br /> Mr. Burden gave a brief summary of the Bufflehead Bay plan. <br /> He explained that they eventually came up with the concept <br /> of moving some units from combined section into section 5 . <br /> He met with associations surrounding the South Cape Beach <br /> area and got a favorable response, so he met with the Town <br /> Planner and in conjunction with the Planning Board <br /> submitted article 9 . <br /> They propose to put 30 acres near South Cape Beach under <br /> covenant as open space. <br /> Mike Grotsky presented plan showing where the 30 acres are . <br /> - 3 - <br />
