Mr. Gill' s responsibilities :.r.rtluda <br /> removal of asphalt, repaving of areas where the ,cater main <br /> was installed and adjustment of catch basins at those `{ <br /> locations . The Town will be responsible for adustI.ng <br /> structures, preparation of surface and Class 1 asphaiL and <br /> some loaming and seeding where necessary. <br /> The cost of the asphalt is $40, 000 and approxi. iatel y $14 ,000 <br /> in other related work for a total of $50,000 , <br /> The town can do the whole project for $50, 000 . He has <br /> already discussed this agreement with Mr. Gill and as soon <br /> as the Planning Board gives Mr. Virgillio the go ah:3ad the <br /> work will begin. <br /> Louise made a motion that the Board authorize the I3P' <br /> Superintendent to proceed with the agreed upon roc:? at <br /> the Highlands as soon as Mr. Gill completes+ his portion cf <br /> the work. Mr. virjili.o <br /> suggested having a working session to solve this i5:ua. <br /> Tony explained the history behind this issue.
