All Board members were in favor. 5-0 . <br /> Johns Pond Estates - Tom stated that the Board does not have a <br /> copy of the taking plan from the selectmen. <br /> Mike Forde, President of the Association stated that the Town <br /> Clerk and Selectmen's office have a copy. <br /> Mr. Makunis stated that it is up to the selectmen to put it on <br /> file, they authorized to have the work done. <br /> Tom will check to see if it is on file with the Town Clerk. <br /> Mr. Forde stated that he doesn't think anyone is opposed to it. <br /> It is a critical concern. All Board members <br /> were in favor. 5-0. <br /> Beechwood Point: Tony stated that he spoke with Jim Ingram who <br /> told him before he does anything he needs an authorization <br /> signature to begin work. He answers to Bartlett Tree, a national <br /> corporation. He needs an authorization signature on the work <br /> order and that is who the bill is sent to , whoever signs it is <br /> who will be chased to pay the bill. Therefore he cannot go <br /> forward with the work. <br /> Louise stated that it was Attorney Reardon' s opinion that it <br /> could not be put on the individual tax bills. <br /> It was Mr. Ingram* s opinion that the springtime is the better <br /> time for planting.
