Mr. Butler stated that they have a meeting with Cons Com tomorrow <br /> night and then one more meeting with TTOR and therefore they will <br /> come back in 2 weeks with a final proposed document. <br /> Mr. Butler stated that he will be mailing a copy of his letter to <br /> all of the unit owners. <br /> He will return on June 5th at 7 : 00 p.m. <br /> Applicant: Ron McGaf f igan <br /> Location: Springhill West subdivision <br /> Request: Review of status of work and permit violations at <br /> Springhill West. <br /> Wayne Garrett joined the meeting at this time. <br /> Pat Coffey returned. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane and Mr, Robert Lunf ey were present <br /> representing Springhill west. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that on April loth they received a letter from <br /> the Building Inspector. Mr. Kirrane responded to the Building <br /> Inspector and provided a copy of the response to the Board_ <br /> He stated that some of the language of the special permit may not <br /> make sense when phasing a project. <br /> They always intended to convey the open space but assumed it <br /> would be done after completion of the road work. He had a <br /> proposed deed which they will convey as soon as passible if the <br /> Board wishes. <br /> It would be conveyed. unmonumented. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that he is confused as to where it should be <br /> monumented. <br /> Torn stated concrete bounds on all corners. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that they propose to do all bounding at once <br /> (when roads are completed) . Can they convey the lots now and do <br /> bounding at that time? <br /> Tony stated that condition #12 requires bounding be done before <br /> release of the covenant. <br /> It was the Board' s consensus that they convey it now and it get <br /> monumented now. <br /> The Board will hear from the surveyor regarding what he <br /> recommends for bounding and come to an agreement for what is <br /> sufficient. <br /> Pat stated that he would like to see the open space clearly <br /> delineated, that' s the standard he would be looking for. <br /> Mr. Kirrane will speak with Mr. Reardon regarding the deeding of <br /> the open space. <br /> He spoke with Leslie Morse who stated it should be deeded to the <br /> inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 5 <br />
