Town of Mashpee <br /> VO <br /> . k 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> x° Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, June 7, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Design Review Committee Members Present: Dave Morris, Jonathan Furbush, Tyler <br /> Gaudreau, and Karen Faulkner. <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 8:35 am. <br /> 8:30 am Pro'ect Address: 131 Industrial Drive <br /> Business name: A & K Site & Septic, LLC <br /> Owner/Aent: James M. Kerrigan, Trustee of RJS Realty Trust <br /> Re resentative: Attorney, Rob Mills, Princi Mills Law PC <br /> Re guests: Add gate, improve landscaping and sign (never went <br /> through approval process). Change sign (24 sq. ft.) to reflect <br /> current occupant, (Preventative Maintenance), and get approval for <br /> signage in an 1-1 and R-3 Zoning District. <br /> Attorney Rob Mills, represented the applicant. Also present was James Kerrigan. This is an <br /> application to have two gates approved as indicated on a plan that was submitted. There is <br /> also a sign that has been in place for 15 years, but was never permitted. The sign is 24 sq. <br /> ft. The "Preventative Maintenance" sign that was approved will be installed into the proposed <br /> sign board. <br /> Mr. Furbush reviewed the proposed gates located on each side of the property that will be <br /> properly landscaped, and installed for safety reasons. <br /> Ms. Faulkner asked how high the gate is. The gate is 6 ft. Mr. Morris said that the height is <br /> fine. <br /> Tyler recommended that a few shrubs be installed along the W native stone area shown on <br /> the plan. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if the parking spaces were existing. Attorney Mills said that A&K Septic <br /> has been operating for a long time under a Special Permit. <br /> Ms. Faulkner wanted to make sure that there will be enough clearance for the "future parking" <br /> area to the existing vehicle parking against the building.
