No more discussion. Mr. Morris took a roll call vote. Building to be used as Contractor Bays <br /> §174-25 (G) (14). No sign proposed. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane, represented the applicant Capewide Construction. Also present <br /> was John LaValle, with Baxter Nye Engineering. The proposal consists of other similar <br /> projects located in the 1-1 Industrial Districts, and the Light Industrial Overlay District. The <br /> building is a typical Morton style metal building, and the proposal consists of eight (8) <br /> contractor bays in a 9,972 sq. ft. building. The lot consists of 142,346 sq. ft., and it meets all <br /> zoning requirements. The access will be on Mercantile Way, although the plan shows a <br /> narrow road known as Great Hay Road South. <br /> The lot will include keeping the existing natural buffer landscaping throughout the site other <br /> than the rear left area will have some disturbance and regrading. There is no proposed uses <br /> for the individual bays at this time, but if as those uses are proposed they will require a filing <br /> with the Zoning Board. <br /> Mr. Furbush wants to see shutters on the windows, and asked for the parking plan. Attorney <br /> Kirrane said there are 16 spaces provided with one handicap space, and only 11 are required. <br /> There will be parking along the side and rear of the building. There are no office spaces <br /> proposed at this time, and no sign proposed at this time. <br /> Ms. Faulkner asked about the front open space area on the plan. Mr. LaValle said that the <br /> existing trees will remain, and will include grading with grass. There will be some disturbance, <br /> but the area will be loamed and seeded. <br /> 2 <br />
