<br />Meeting Called to Order by Chair Cotton at 12:37 p.m.
<br />Mashpee Town Hall, Popponesset Meeting Room

<br />entertain a motion to add "Public Comment" to the agenda,
<br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to add Public Comment to the agenda.
<br />Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman.
<br />VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0.

<br />PUBLIC COMMENT
<br />Marcia Maclnnis stated that she had questions about the July 25, 2022 discussion and the vote to
<br />add "Reorganization of the Board" to the agenda and to name John Cotton as the Chair. She further
<br />said that this task usually would go to the Vice -Chair and it seemed to be an irregular vote in
<br />opposition to prior practice of the Board and to Robert's Rules of Order.
<br />Chair Cotton thanked Ms. Maclnnis for her comments and said that since these statements were
<br />made during Public Comment that he would not respond at this time, but rather would respond
<br />soon.
