Town o,f'Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> 44, <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, June 21, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Mr. David Morris Building Commissioner <br /> Ms. Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Mr. Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Mr. Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Mr. Joe Pelletier, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Wayne Taylor, Assistant Town Manager <br /> 9:00 am Committee to discuss the conditional requirements on the following properties: <br /> 348 Main St. (Solar Rising) <br /> 100 Great Neck Rd North <br /> 43 Bowdoin Road (Beacon Marine) <br /> 348 MAIN ST SOLAR RISING <br /> Catherine Laurent DPW Director <br /> At the Plan Review meeting dated January 19, 2021, Ms. Laurent said the Committee discussed the proposed <br /> storm water on the site plan with the addition of the storm water infrastructure, and nothing has happened. <br /> • The parking spaces that are shown on the Town easement be relocated. <br /> • The storm water that flows on the property and beyond Rte. 130 be addressed so that it is contained on <br /> the property. <br /> • The entrance door opening to the retail area be investigated on a site visit by the Building and Fire <br /> Department. <br /> • The gas line be protected on the property. <br /> • The parking must be moved to the side or rear on paved surfaces according to the Section 174-24 1.1 <br /> of the Zoning Bylaws. <br /> • The Title 5 capacity be shown on the site plan to make sure the proposed use fits within the existing <br /> septic system. <br /> Ms. Laurent wanted to know if there was a time frame conditioned by the ZBA in their Decision. <br /> l <br />
