<br /> <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />THURSDAY AUGUST 4, 2022, 2:00 p.m. <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br />16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br />MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br />*In-person, Televised meeting* <br /> <br />Present: Chairman, Joe Lyons, Meredith Harris, Chad Smith, Phyllis Sprout, <br /> Catherine Castaneda <br /> <br />Other attendees: Interim Town Engineer, Ray Jack <br /> Selectman, John Cotton <br /> Town Manager, Rodney Collins <br /> Alexander Jackson of Cotuit Bay <br /> <br />Absent: Al Towle <br /> <br />2:00PM – Convene Meeting Chairman, Joe Lyons called the meeting to order at 2:00PM in <br />open session. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />Alexander Jackson asked a question regarding the bidding process. The bidding is for all 8 tanks <br />and if after the first 120k will new bidding will be required? Mr. Jack answered, “Yes, it will <br />require new bidding.” <br />Mr. Jackson also made a statement encouraging Chairman Lyons to continue on with the Sewer <br />Commission in some capacity. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Meredith Harris made a motion to accept the minutes of the July 14, 2022 Sewer Commission <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Smith seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
