Town of'Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> °rr i Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> ' IZI <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 10, 2022 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Acting <br /> Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould, Associate Members Sharon <br /> Sangeleer, George Ganzenmuller,Charlie Reidy,Brad Pittsley, and Robert Caggiano were present. <br /> Building Commissioner, David Morris was also present. <br /> Acting Chairman, Mr. Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings <br /> were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after the hearings. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> Sitting on this hearing are Mr. Bonvie, Mr. Goldstein, Mr. Gould, Ms. Sangeleer, and Mr. <br /> Ganzenmuller. <br /> 29 and 41 Echo Road: Petitioner, 3M Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Triple M Management Company, <br /> LLC requests a modification of condition#5 of the Special Permit Decision SP-2020-28 to extend <br /> the date for completion of construction from August 26, 2022 to February 26, 2023 on property <br /> located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning Districts, Map 19 Parcels 3-8 and 3-9, <br /> Mashpee,MA. (Owner of record: Triple M. Management Company, LLC. <br /> Attorney, Christopher Kirrane represented Lianne Anker and Kevin O'Reilly, Principals of Triple <br /> M, requesting an extension of Condition #5 of a modification to the original Special Permit that <br /> was granted and authorized the construction of an addition. The condition required that <br /> construction be completed by August 26, 2022. Attorney Kirrane provided a detailed letter along <br /> with photos explaining the reason for the request. There are certain delays in the project such as <br /> engineering, and an application had to be filed with the Cannabis Control Commission. The <br /> foundation was constructed; and the building is expected to start mid-September. There will be an <br /> elevator installed but it is not expected to be put in for five months. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked why the Board issued a completion date. Ms. Anker said that there were <br /> temporary structures installed so the business could remain open. Attorney Kirrane said that the <br /> temporary structures will be removed when the new building is constructed. If the construction is <br /> not completed in six months, they will be required to return to the Zoning Board. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer said there were no comments from the Board of Health or Conservation. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> 1 <br />
