MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 10, 2022 <br /> Attorney Mills mentioned that a Board of Health inspection was done on the Title 5 system. Mr. <br /> Bonvie said there are still other issues to deal with regarding the tight tank, and the floor drains. <br /> Attorney Mills said that he is willing to accept a condition to install a tight tank subject to the <br /> approval of the Board of Health and the Plumbing Inspector. <br /> Ms. Margaret Martin, an abutter addressed the Board of her concerns with the hours of operation, <br /> the noise of pneumatic drills, and the odors emitted from the property. She requested that her <br /> concerns be addressed. <br /> Mr. Morris said that there is no requirement regarding hours of operation, but generally the hours <br /> of operation are 7 am to 5 pm. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that this property is in an industrial zone. The Board historically has <br /> conditioned certain screening and landscaping buffers to be installed around these industrial <br /> buildings to help with noise issues. The odor issue has been mentioned with the Board of Health <br /> that the applicant needs to address. <br /> Mr. Reidy agreed that the tight tank issue is a concern. Ms. Sangeleer mentioned she needs more <br /> time to review. Mr. Ganzenmuller asked if the Board could condition approval based on the letter <br /> submitted by the Board of Health. Mr. Caggiano agrees that based on the Board of Health letter, <br /> he cannot make a decision until all involved are satisfied. <br /> Mr. Kyle Bugg addressed the Board stating that he believes he has done everything he was asked <br /> to do by the Town. <br /> Mr. Bonvie had a discussion with the Board and all members agreed that they cannot make a <br /> decision until the Assistant Board of Health Agent is satisfied with all the items on the letter <br /> submitted to the Zoning Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked the applicant if he can continue the meeting until August 24, 2022. Attorney <br /> Mills agreed and accepted that he and his client can meet on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to continue the hearing until Wednesday,August 24, 2022. Mr. Gould, <br /> so moved, Mr. Ganzenmuller, seconded. All were in favor. <br /> 4 <br />
