The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> MEETING MINUTES — March 08, 2022 <br /> MOTION: <br /> Ms. Baier moved to approve the meeting minutes from March 08, 2022. Seconded by <br /> Mr. Isbitz. All in favor. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Affordable Housing Projects in Development. [Reporting will occur as projects move ahead] <br /> 1. LeClair Village (950 Falmouth Rd) <br /> The project received a commitment for state funding. Groundbreaking is planned <br /> for late 2022. It was officially awarded HOME Consortium for $300,000. The state <br /> aid provided 95% of the money needed. There is already a meeting scheduled with <br /> the Building Department. He is unsure how inflation will affect the costs. A <br /> contractor has been working closely with them to keep the costs in line. He also so <br /> happens to be one of the bidders. They are confident they will confront inflation <br /> changes. <br /> 2. Mashpee Commons <br /> a. Ch. 40B Project: 32 units completed out of 52 <br /> b. Ch. 40B Comp. Permit: Implementation is under review by the Developer <br /> 3. Habitat for Humanity <br /> Degrass Rd/Mendes Way homes are completed and buyers have secured their <br /> mortgage financing. Final reports were submitted. Reports were indicative of what <br /> it costs to build a Habitat home. <br /> 4. Wampanoag Village <br /> 1 <br />
