6:03 Town of Mashpee, 664 Great Neck Road South. Proposed Amended Order of AOOC <br /> <br />Conditions 43-3139, to repave the existing paved driveway and perform drainage <br /> <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Raul Lizardi from Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. presented plans. <br /> <br /> <br />Agent said modifications will be an improvement over the current ex isting conditions. <br /> <br />Recomends a close and issue. <br /> <br />Mr. Colombo asked about the # of gallons for run off. Mr. Lizardi said it’s about 4500 gal of <br /> <br />holding, about 2.5 in of runoff. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Cook asked why square catch basins on either side instead of a trench. Mr. Lizardi <br /> <br />said they are crowning to share the water on the sides and a berm to channel to the edges. <br /> <br />A trench is more maintenance and prone to plugging with leaves, etc…DPW would <br /> <br />constantly have to be cleaning to keep the pipes clear. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Dalton motioned to close and issue. <br /> <br />Mr. O’Neill seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />Vote: 5-0-0 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: Mr. <br /> <br />O’Neill; yes Mr. <br /> <br />Weeden; yes Mr. <br /> <br /> <br />Dalton; yes Mr. <br /> <br />Colombo; yes Mr. <br /> <br />Smith; yes <br /> <br />In favor, 5; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0 <br /> <br />David M. & Ana S.
