Agent <br />read Harbormaster and Shellfish comments. He thinks this is a good compromise to satisfy <br />all parties involved. Shellfish recommends a Shellfish Mitigation Fee, tbd. <br />Mr. Colombo asked why the float isn’t centered on the riparian line. Mark Dibb said the <br />boat is rather large, that is the best orientation for the boat.
