<br />HEARINGS: <br /> <br />6:00 David M. & Ana S. Ferris, 36 Seconsett Point Road. Proposed dredging and NOI <br />expansion/modification of pier, ramp and float. (Continued from 3/24 for further <br />info/discussion, cont. from 4/14 for further discussion with Shellfish Constable, cont. from <br />4/28 & 5/12 for further discussion) <br />Mark Dibb from Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. presented plans. <br />Agent recommends a continuance to give a longer opportunity for public comment. Agent <br />read Harbormaster and Shellfish comments. He thinks this is a good compromise to satisfy <br />all parties involved. Shellfish recommends a Shellfish Mitigation Fee, tbd. <br />Mr. Colombo asked why the float isn’t centered on the riparian line. Mark Dibb said the <br />boat is rather large, that is the best orientation for the boat. No other comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Dalton asked if they are replacing this with the same size septic . <br /> <br />Darren Meyers said no, the existing septic is two cess pools. Mr. Borselli said he will speak to the <br />dock builder; they may need to make a pile adjustment on the revised plan. <br />Agent read Shellfish comments. No mitigation fee was recommended.
