recommends the applicant work with the Agent on the mitigation plan. Same as last <br />application, no Shellfish Mitigation Fee, Agent recommends mitigation plantings on the <br />upland portion of the bank. Applicant should work with the Agent for mitigation as a <br />condition if approved. He recommends close and issue with the condition mentioned. <br />Mark Bush (homeowner) asked about how to cut the stump.
