[Agenda topic 4] Boat Ramp Repair <br /> 7Discussion: The ramp repair has been approved for Mashpee boat ramp. The APCC grant has been <br /> d grant money increased to include up to 7-8 designs. The State will be obtaining permits. <br /> The docks will be pulled for winter and stored off site. It is hoped to have it in place for 2023. <br /> Conclusion: The ramp repair is proceeding. <br /> [Agenda topic 5] Harbormaster <br /> Discussion: Robert Tomaino, formerly Senior Assistant Harbormaster, has been appointed as Mashpee's <br /> new Harbormaster as of August 3'd. He introduced himself as spoke about his plans and encouraged all to <br /> contact him through the non-emergency police line if infractions are noted. <br /> Conclusions: Robert Tomaino has been appointed Mashpee Harbormaster. <br /> {Agenda topic 61 Attaquin Beach Activity after <br /> hours <br /> Discussion: Barbara Nichols met with the Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Ashley Fisher of <br /> DNR, Chief Carline, Mary Bradbury of Recreation and Robert Tomaino Harbormaster, regarding her <br /> request to close Attaquin Beach gate at 8 PM., made on July 5, 2022. The situation is much improved <br /> since August. Without closing the gate, Chief Carline reported several changes. Three problem individuals <br /> have NO Trespassing orders against them preventing them from going to Attaquin beach. They will be <br /> measuring decibels on loud music from boats and car radios. Mr. Collins encouraged people noting <br /> infractions at the beach to report it to the Police Department, and get pictures of damage,pollution etc. to <br /> document any need for further action. We will revisit the issue in the spring. <br /> ..... . ......... ....... _... ... ........ ....... ........ .. ......... ........ <br /> Conclusions: The situation has quieted down this month since three individuals have been banned.
