<br /> <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 22, 2022, 2:00 p.m. <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br />16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br />MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br />*In-person, Televised meeting* <br /> <br />Present: Chairman, Chad Smith, Vice-Chair, Meredith Harris, Recorder, Catherine Castaneda, <br /> Joe Lyons, Phyllis Sprout, Al Towle <br /> <br />Other attendees: Interim Town Engineer, Ray Jack <br /> Jim Zingarelli, Southport <br /> <br />Absent: N/A <br /> <br />2:00PM – Convene Meeting Chairman, Chad Smith called the meeting to order at 2:00PM in <br />open session at Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />N/A <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Mr. Towle made a motion to accept the minutes of the September 8, 2022 Sewer Commission <br />meeting. <br />Mrs. Sprout seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Review and discussion of Select Board vote September 19, 20222 on WWF tanks. <br /> <br />The Select Board authorized use of ARPA funds to cover the cost of the four processing tanks at <br />the waste water facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack stated that a request has been submitted to obtain State Revolving funds in the <br />amount of $12 million to cover the remaining alternates for all three projects of Phase 1. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
