October 3, 2022 NEW BUSINESS The Mashpee Select Board at their meeting of September 19, 2022 authorized the Town Manager to issue a written response relative to the disposition of the Open Meeting Law Complaint filed by Meredith Kilpatrick on September 13, 2022. With the advice of Town Counsel Town Manager Rodney C. Collins indicated after consideration of the allegations set forth in the Open Meeting Law Complaint, the requests for remedial action set forth in the Complaint are deemed to be unwarranted, and thus declined. The subject September 12, 2022 meeting of the Select Board was properly noticed in accordance with statutory requirements. 3=*= Law Complaint from Mary LeClair relative to the September 12, 2022 meeting on the Select Board. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to authorize the Town Manager to issue a written response relative to the disposition of the Open Meeting Law Complaint filed by Mary LeClair on September 16, 2022 through Town Counsel.
