• Maintained open lines of communication with administrators at local congregate care <br /> facilities regarding cases among residents and staff,and monitoring a large cluster at one <br /> facilities <br /> • Maintained the Town website COVID-19 page <br /> • Effective July 1,2022,the new guidance advises that masks indoors are optional for most <br /> individuals, regardless of vaccination status. <br /> • Children ages 6 months to 4 years old are now eligible to receive the Moderna or <br /> Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. For the 6 months to 4-year-old age group, the Pfizer vaccine <br /> consists of three pediatric doses (21 days between dose 1 and 2, and at least 8 weeks <br /> between dose 2 and 3)and the Moderna vaccine consists of two pediatric doses(28 days <br /> apart). <br /> Numbers are likely skewed right now due to the cluster at the congregate care facility. <br /> As of June 28th, the daily incident rate in Mashpee was 26.2; and the 14-day positivity rate was <br /> 8.13%. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of expense warrants. Expense warrants were reviewed and approved by <br /> Brian Baumgaertel, Ernest Virgilio, and Kripani Patel. <br /> 2. Review of Nitrogen Aggregation Loading Plan — 83 Red Brook Road, Cape and Islands <br /> Engineering. Mr. Harrington commented that, a nitrogen aggregation plan has been requested <br /> for 83 Red Brook Road. The open space area within the Childs River East subdivision is to be used <br /> as credit land for the undersized property to obtain the additional bedroom. In this case, 5,400 <br /> square feet of additional land is being utilized to obtain the 24,073 square feet required area for <br /> three bedrooms. The credit land survey plan and Grants of Title 5 Nitrogen Loading Restriction <br /> and Easement for the facility and credit land have been provided. The fee has not been paid and <br /> the plans and documents have been reviewed, with no issues encountered. The septic design <br /> plans have not yet been submitted. The septic design plans must incorporate a denitrification <br /> system for additional credit as the full 30,000 SF were not provided. <br /> Matt Costa, of Cape & Island Engineering, introduced himself for the record and stated that Mr. <br /> Harrington covered all the information regarding the plan. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Kripani Patel moved to approve the nitrogen <br /> aggregation plan with the following conditions: <br /> • The nitrogen aggregation plan is approved for three bedrooms for 83 Red Brook Road. <br /> • The draft grants of Title 5 Restriction and Easement must be finalized and recorded at the <br /> Registry of Deeds with an executed stamped copy provided to the BOH prior to issuance <br /> of the septic installation permit and approval of the building permit. <br /> • The $250.00 fee must be paid prior to issuance of the Disposal Works Construction <br /> Permit. <br /> Motion seconded by Ernest Virgilio. Roll call vote: Ernest Virgilio (yes); Kripani Patel (yes); Brian <br /> Baumgaertel (yes). VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> 3. Review of Proposed Noise-some Trade-Paint Booth — 19 Mercantile Way. Mr. Harrington <br /> commented that, a spray booth has been requested as part of a building permit for the above <br /> location. The business is doing the right thing by providing a spray booth but the operation itself <br />
