Chair Baumgaertel inquired about the age of the property to which Mrs. Willander commented <br /> that she does not know the age. <br /> Mrs.VViUander commented that,at the time of inspection,Matthew Haney had also been present <br /> and stated that he did not find the property in poor condition, which was contradictory tothe <br /> uninhabitable status found by health agents. Currently,there is no contact with the owner.As of <br /> last year,the owner was staying with their relative and k was the relative's address to which the <br /> order letter was sent. <br /> Chair Baumgaertel commented that there is no lien to place against the property since the owner <br /> of the unit does not own the property on which the unit sits. If the unit is being demolished,then <br /> there isno lien to put on the property. <br /> Mrs. VVU|ander stated that guidance from Town Counsel can 6e obtained. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Kripani Patel moved to seek guidance from Town <br /> Counsel regarding the compliance ufO8 Lakeside Estates.
