Community Preservation Committee — Subcommittee on the Mashpee Community Plan <br />Minutes <br />November 3, 2022 <br />Present: Mary Waygan, Richard Klein, Arden Cadrin <br />Absent: Chad Smith <br />Meeting Called to Order by Ms. Russell at 5:10 p.m. <br />Mashpee Public Library, Main Conference Room <br />Acting in accord with the mandates of the Community Preservation Act, a Community <br />Preservation Committee Subcommittee was formed to update the CPA Plan. <br />SUBCOMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Minutes wwand Reaorting to Full Committee: <br />Members: <br />Staff Support: <br />It was agreed minutes would record the action taken by the subcommittee. <br />Mary Waygan was deemed the point of contact to report to the full CPC Committee. <br />The members are as noted above. <br />With regards to staff support, department heads would be consulted as needed. The CPC Plan <br />when formalized would be secured to an internal network drive to make additions and/or <br />corrections as well as for electronic review and distribution purposes. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Review of Community° Preservation Public Hearing ,ffi22) <br />The annual Public Hearing on the needs, possibilities and resources of the Town regarding <br />Community Preservation was held on September 1, 2022. It was agreed the public comment as <br />referenced in the minutes of October 6, 2022 would be incorporated into the Plan. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />E? am lgs.of Community,wPreservation Plans from otherwTowns: <br />Members of the subcommittee reviewed the Community Preservation Plan of the following <br />communities; Northfield, Plympton, Watertown, and Manchester. <br />
